The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has expelled the intrigue request recorded in the lodging undertaking of Modhumoti Model Town in Savar, close to the capital.
Madhumati model town venture was unlawful accordingly.
The seven-part Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain passed the request on Thursday.
Prior on 7 August 2012 the Appellate Division pronounced the undertaking illicit and gave the decision. This decision was assessed for audit from the survey.
