Nica case hearing on May 6


BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is under treatment at the emergency clinic, in the wake of hearing the charges of the Neko debasement case (charge), the court fixed May 6 on May 6. 

Judge Sheik Hafizur Rahman of 9 Special Judge Court of Dhaka fixed the date on Tuesday on account of the guard. The preliminary is going on in an impermanent court situated in Old Central Dhaka Central Jail. 

The charge was fixed on Tuesday for the becoming aware of the case. Toward the start of the meeting, the resistance attorney Syed Joynal Abedin Mejbah said that the Khaleda Zia was experiencing treatment at the clinic. Knowing about the charge in his nonappearance isn't legitimate. The court conceded the application on the following day of May 6. ACC legal counselor Mosharraf Hossain Kajal was available at the time. 

The ACC recorded a case with the Tejgaon Police Station on 9 December 2007 on charges of enormous monetary misfortune and debasement of the nation through an unsuitable concurrence with the Canadian organization NICO. In the primary case, five individuals including previous leader Khaleda Zia were denounced. Afterward, on May 5, 2008, the ACC recorded a charge sheet against 11 individuals including Khaleda Zia, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM), Dhaka. The chargesheet was conveyed to the state's loss of about 13.77 billion rupees.
